Overview
Yerkude was a member of the Lijia clan of the Plain Blue Banner. Volume 33 of the official Qing dynasty genealogy, *The Complete Genealogy of the Manchu Clans of the Eight Banners*, records that his ancestral home was in Shushu, but the year of his submission is unknown. His grandson, Husha, served as a Langzhong (a mid-level official), Wusha as a second-class guard, and Duobei as a ceremonial officer. Mafuta's original title was "Xiaoqiwei" (Xiao Qi Wei). Langzhong was an administrative position, while guards and ceremonial officers were attendants and ceremonial officials in princely mansions. The term "Xiaoqiwei" is verified separately and not directly changed to "Xiaoqixiao" (Xiao Qi Xiao).
His great-grandson, Moerhun, served as a Xieling (assistant banner commandant), Labi as the Dali Temple Minister, and Wuchala as the Stable Chief. The Dali Temple was involved in criminal trials, and the Minister was its superior. The Stable Chief was related to stable affairs and was not equivalent to a temple official. The parallel listing of officials from different institutions reflects the military, judicial, and service positions held by the family descendants.
His great-great-grandson and fourth-generation descendants also held positions such as Defense Commander, Deputy Commander of the Imperial Guard, Infantry Commander, and Clerk, all according to their respective generations. The specific positions and appointments of Shushu Diwang, Xiaoqiwei Yuanke, Liupin Guan Sanbao, and others are pending review. The character "De" and the original job titles will continue to be preserved.
